Background checks
Run through Checkr and paid once, not monthly. The Nanny orders their own check and Checkr sends them the report directly — Chrella never sees it, and the badge only appears on their profile if they choose to publish it.
Basic
Identity, national criminal, sex offender registry
Enhanced
Everything in Basic, plus county records and motor vehicle
Nanny Pro is required to order one. Free members can browse and apply, but cannot run a check or carry the badge.
